Last season was this age groups most successful so far when the team earned just reward for their dedication and hard work when they were crowned Hertfordshire and Middlesex Champions. In the National u17 cup they were unlucky not to progress into the last 8 but never the less did well to reach so far in such a prestigious competition. In the seasons finale at the Amersham 10s Ruislip successfully defended their title against some quality opposition. Team builders off the field help to bond the players as a unit and fundraisers have helped finance the annual tour. This year the South of France was the destination where the rugby suffered due to over enthusiastic nights out but the international flavour of the competition guaranteed some spicy encounters on the field whereas off the field the post match hospitality of the hosts were second to none. New players are always welcome to strengthen our squad where a friendly welcome is assured to anyone who is dedicated enough and willing to work hard in a harsh competitive environment in what promises to be the toughest season yet.
